Telephone Research Interviewer & National Intercept Interviewers

AFS is a market research company based in Seaford. We are one of the leading market research companies in Australia and service clients throughout Australia.

Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our CATI Call Centre and so seek candidates to join our outbound interviewing team. There is absolutely no selling, simply requesting people to take part in surveys.

We can offer successful applicants ongoing day, evening and weekend work. There is plenty of variety with interesting projects for you to work on in our Call Centre.

The applicants we desire must have an excellent command of written and spoken English, a polite, confident and friendly telephone manner, and be competent using a keyboard. Previous experience in the market research industry or in the call centre industry is preferred but not mandatory.

We provide thorough training for all applicants regardless of your previous work history. This is an excellent opportunity for people looking to get back into the workforce or others seeking casual employment.

The rate of pay is currently $18.94 per hour plus super for approximately the first 50 hours of casual work and then goes up to $23.09 per hour plus Super after that stated period of time. Pay rates can be discussed at the information/training session which we would organise before you start working with AFS.
