Richard
is a 30 year+ expert in all aspects of the
market research process from methodology design through to analysis and
the application of results into business and marketing strategy. Since
1980 Richard has worked professionally in Australia, the UK, Spain and
Israel on both the agency and client sides primarily with healthcare
research. Many of the projects being as a fieldwork manager
to
leading
agencies such as TNS Global, ZS Associates, Mattson Jack, GfK, P/S/L,
GMI and many more. Whether the data collection is
face-2-face,
via
telephone, online, facsimile or mail, Richard has applied all these
methodologies to optimize the data collection.

Formerly
Richard has held positions with NOP, Gallup Research, Pfizer
Pharmaceuticals, and has been owner of a call centre in Israel
dedicated to Health Care research. Richard has been involved
in
projects covering most areas of Health Care disease from dwarf
indications such as Gaucher’s Disease to the more common
indications
of: Hypertension, Diabetes, Dyslipidemia, Asthma, Pain and Depression.
Since
returning to Australia in 2004, Richard has developed a strong
relationship with “cutting edge” online research
software
development
companies. This relationship has given insights into this aspect of the
market research industry and the barriers and opportunities which this
growth segment of the MR industry can offer to the Health Care
segment.
Richard is
affiliated to the international market research group for
the
pharmaceutical industry PBIRG (Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence
Research Group), and is a member of ESOMAR.
